Lemon water with a pinch of rock salt may potentially help relieve nausea as it stimulates digestion and neutralizes stomach acids. Small, frequent dry snacks (eg. roasted makhana) or banana can help you feel comfortable.

Burning sensation in the chest, especially after meals can be intimidating. Cold milk or banana can provide acidity relief.
